My experience here started with a delightful beef soup, which was truly delicious. Following that, I ventured into their chicken soup, pairing it with Carne asada and maduros, and found that combination to be exceptionally tasty. I definitely recommend checking out the other offerings on their menu as well.

Our usual dining spot in the area was closed, leading us to try this place based on a friend's suggestion. We began with horchatas, which were disappointingly plain and lacked any real flavor. When our food arrived, we were immediately concerned by a distinct fishy smell coming from the meat dishes we ordered, despite them being meat and not fish. The two baleadas we received were truly dreadful, tasting anything but fresh. They were excessively filled with refried beans that had a sour, off-putting smell and an equally unpleasant taste. Upon inquiring about the sourness, our server insisted this was normal and that the beans were fresh, but it strongly seemed like they were serving old, spoiled ingredients. The pupusa was equally disappointing, as the cheese inside had clearly gone bad, yet it was still used. While our server was initially respectful when taking our order, her attitude quickly turned sour after we commented on the questionable beans, cheese, and meat. She became quite rude, going so far as to label us 'uneducated' for our feedback. The food was so unappetizing that most of us could only manage a few bites, and one friend didn't even touch her plate after witnessing our reactions. We were then presented with an $80 bill, which we paid begrudgingly just to put an end to the truly horrible experience. I absolutely would not recommend this place and would instead urge anyone to visit La Casa De Las Baleadas, where the food is genuinely fresh and the servers are amazing. If a 0/10 rating were possible, this establishment would undoubtedly receive it.
